Mass Effect

THe statement of Mass Effect's Spectres being based on the Operative should be removed. It is without citation and thus is speculation. Clee19892 ^(talk) 19:56, April 5, 2014 (UTC)

No source listed in the edit history, either. This is another case where someone thought, "that character is similar to this character, so one had to be inspired by the other". The fact is that in stories, characters will be "similar to" other characters, but that's not the same as "I liked this character so much that I based this other character on them". Overlooked war injury

The Operative had no prior knowledge that Mal's nerve cluster was relocated, and "overlooked" implies that he knew, or could have known, about this.

In the novelization for "Serenity" the Operative has an internal dialogue where he realizes that he first overlooked Inarra's Companion training in hand-to-hand combat. He then realizes that he failed to make the connection between Reynolds's war injury and the fact that the injury removed the nerve strike weakness.
